BookInk is a platform for tattoo artists. By using BookInk you agree to these terms. Read them — they're clear and reasonable.
By creating an account or using BookInk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to both artists (account holders) and clients (end-users who interact via the booking chat).
BookInk provides tattoo artists with:
BookInk is a tool, not a party to the tattoo service contract. All agreements regarding the tattoo session (price, design, timing, cancellation conditions) are between the artist and the client.
To use BookInk as an artist you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials.
BookInk charges a 15% commission on the deposit collected at the time of booking. This fee is deducted automatically before the remainder is transferred to your connected bank account.
Connecting your Google Calendar is optional. When connected:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
BookInk's AI agent responds to client inquiries on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
You retain all rights to your content (artist portfolio, tattoo designs, photos). By uploading content to BookInk, you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.
The BookInk platform, logo, and software are owned by Polsia. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
BookInk is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@bookink.ink. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access is revoked and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will notify registered artists by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
